Unlike dogs, cats are Obligate Carnivores! It is not often you find cats hunting for carrots or broccoli. Don’t let the marketing behind pet food distract you from the underlying fact: Cats are Carnivores, not Herbivores, and not Omnivores. They require meat to survive.
